• Continuous operating temperature of up to 1100°C (2012°F)
• Heating provided via cast ceramic panels with embedded resistance wire elements (one each side of the chamber), providing maximum temperature uniformity and economical heat up times.
• Fully insulated sideways pivoted door, keeps the 'hot face' door insulation away from the operator when accessing the chamber.
• Door is fully interlocked by using a safety cut off switch, which isolates power to the elements when accessing the chamber.
• Fitted with a 'Cal 3300' digital controller, displaying actual measured temperature, with push button access for changing set-point.
• Works off a single phase power supply.
• Ultra 'high grade' insulation materials are used, incorparating a double skin case ensuring low outer surface temperatures .
• Fitted with a 25mm stainless steel exhaust port, to remove unwanted fumes from the chamber.
• Casing is finished with a hard wearing 'stove enameled' 'powder coated' process.
• Furnace can be fitted (as an option) with a 24 hour ­ 7 day timer (mounted into the front control panel)
