Tube Furnaces VCTF 7 sizes from 15 to 100mm diameter. Up to 1200°C
Vecstar manufacture high quality tube furnaces in an extensive range of diameters and temperatures with the following features:
- Continuous operating temperature of up to 1150°C (2102°F), on the VCTF range & VCTF1-3 1200°C (2192°F), VTF4 - 6 1400°C (2552°F), VTF 7-9 1600°C (2912°F)
- Heating provided via either a wire wound ceramic tube or silicon carbide rod elements (depending on model) providing maximum temperature uniformity.
- Fitted with a choice of digital controller (see controller page).
- Works off a single phase power supply.
- Ultra 'high grade' insulation materials are used, incorporating a double skin case to ensure low outer surface temperatures.
- Casing is finished with a hard wearing 'stove enameled' 'powder coated' process.
- Tube furnaces can be provided for both horizontal and vertical use via an 'L' stand, as an optional extra.
- Furnaces can be supplied with many options (see accessories page)
- Tube furnaces are ideal for analytical research, chemical analysis, general laboratory, educational authorities and research institutes.
