Vecstar offers a wide range of furnaces to meet the needs of research laboratories and industry, with everything from economy furnaces (1100-degrees C) to high temperature chamber furnaces (1700- and 1800-degrees C).
Additionally, Vecstar also manufactures ashing furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, tube furnaces, fan assisted ovens, and industrial hot plates. As well, Vecstar is always willing to work with customers to design bespoke furnaces to meet the specific requirements and standards to meet client's needs.
At Vecstar, our furnace line includes: - Economy Furnaces (1100-degrees C), available in two chamber sizes and featuring ease of operation for general use. Heating provided via resistamce wire elements in cast panels. - Muffle / Chamber Furnaces (1200-degrees C), available in a wide range of sizes. Heating provided via a wire wound ceramic muffle or open spiral resistance wire elements. - Chamber Furnaces (1300- to 1600-degrees C), available in a wide range of sizes and ideal for research institutes, light industrial, general laboratory, and heat treatment. Heating via high quality silicon carbide rod elements. - High Temperature Furnaces (1700- to 1800-degrees C), perfect for ceramics research, high temperature sintering, and general laboratory requirements. Heating provided by high quality Molybdenum Disilicide elements.
Additionally, we manufacture and distribute: - Ashing Furnaces, available in two chamber sizes and ideal for ash determination - Heat Treatment Furnaces, available in three sizes, covering most heat treatment and annealing processes - Tube Furnaces, available in a wide range of diameters and temperatures - Fan Assisted (Air re-circulation) Ovens, designed and fabricated according to the client's specifications - Industrial Hot Plates, available in three standard sizes
