Tube Furnaces

Vecstar tube furnaces are all equipped with an outer mesh heat shield as standard to keep the operator safe while the furnace is in use. Ultra ‘high grade’ insulation materials are used to ensure our furnaces are as energy efficient as possible. All our furnaces are horizontal as standard but vertical format is also available.

Vecstar's team of designers and engineers have extensive experience designing and manufacturing bespoke tube furnaces such as rotating tube furnaces, stainless steel furnaces and multi-positional tube furnaces.

Vecstar's range of fixed work tube furnaces utilises a high grade resistance wire heating element wound round a ceramic work tube, providing excellent temperature uniformity down the length of the work tube.

Vecstar's high temp tube furnaces are all built to order exactly to customer specification. With a maximum temperature of 1800°C our high temp tube furnaces provide excellent uniformity and temperature control.

Vecstar designs and manufactures split tube furnaces exactly to customer requirements. Our standard split tube chambers start at 25mm diameter and have a maximum working temperature of 1100°C.

Vecstar’s multiple tube furnaces comprise 9 models with a minimum of 1 tube and a maximum of 9 tubes on request. With a maximum temperature of 1600°C, our multi work tube furnaces provide excellent uniformity and temperature control.
