Chamber Furnaces up to 1300°C / 2372°F

Vecstar's 1300°C Chamber Furnaces are equipped with numerous safety features such as a vertically opening door to keep the hot insulation plug away from operator, automatic shut-off switch that kills the power to the elements when the door is opened and a double steel skin ensuring the outer surface is as cool as possible.

Only ultra ‘high grade’ insulation materials are used to ensure our 1300°c chamber furnaces are as energy efficient as possible.

Independent over-temperature protection is available as an option, using a digital alarm working from a separate thermocouple, safeguarding both the furnace or any furnace contents from over-heat damage at any temperature.

Models 1 – 4 have wire wound ceramic muffles to provide excellent uniformity and a smooth hard wearing work surface.

Models 5 & 6 have wire elements supported on ceramic tubes which are mounted in the roof and sides of the chamber to provide optimum uniformity.

 

Also available is a wide range of equipment and extras such as digital controllers, programmers, recorders, crucibles, tongs and furnace tables for details.
