Chamber Furnaces up to 1600°C / 2912°F

We offer 3 Models of high temp chamber furnaces up to 1600°c in this range:

  • MF (5 sizes) 1400°C / 2552°F

  • HF (3 sizes) 1500°C / 2732°F

  • VF (2 sizes) 1600°C / 2912°F

 

Our high temperature chamber furnaces are equipped with roof mounted silicon carbide elements, evenly distributed down the chamber, which provide excellent temperature uniformity.

They also incorporate numerous safety features such as a vertically opening door to keep the hot insulation plug away from operator, automatic shut-off switch that kills the power to the elements when the door is opened and a double steel skin ensuring the outer surface is as cool as possible. Only ultra ‘high grade’ insulation materials are used to ensure our furnaces are as energy efficient as possible.

 

Independent over-temperature protection is available as an option, using a digital alarm working from a separate thermocouple, safeguarding both the furnace or any furnace contents from over-heat damage at any temperature. Also available is a wide range of equipment and extras such as digital controllers, crucibles, tongs and furnace tables for details click here. Detailed here are our standard high temp chamber furnaces up to 1600°c.
